This flow sensor allows the battery to instantly power down when not in use to preserve close to 99.9% of its battery life, yet it is so responsive that when it senses the slightest bit of drag it immediately powers up the refill cartridge to produce a satisfying abundance of vapor.
It’s not easy packing battery life into something as small as The Safe Cig, but they felt strongly that the visual and tactile aesthetic of their product needed to remain similar to a real cigarette. So for this project they have partnered with one of the world’s most renowned battery developers that, with the help of their engineers, have extended their battery life by 50% (more than any of their competitors around the world). Yes that’s correct, 50% more battery life! Their batteries have a 3.7 volt ion lithium pack inside each cylinder that keeps The Safe Cig charged and ready. This is the same type of battery that powers some of the top-of-the-line smart phones we use every day.
The Safe Cig’s battery also has something called a “PCB” micro-circuit board. When they were still in the design process of their battery, they thought to themselves, “Wouldn’t it be great if our battery had some brain power to monitor what’s going on with our new design?” They knew they had to make it work, so they gave The Safe Cig a brain. The micro-chip inside The Safe Cig’s battery is loaded with custom software to interact with their hardware, monitoring its performance each and every time a drag is taken. To say the least, they have spared no expense in time and money investing in the future of The Safe Cig.
About Their Refills
The Safe Cig offers a one of a kind refill cartridge that no other company has yet to replicate. They have spent the last 18 months testing the latest in atomization technology. Creating a refill cartridge that produced a large amount of the cleanest vapor and lasted a long time was extremely important to them. Why? These are the most requested features in highest demand, but are also the most difficult to produce consistently.
To provide a world class refill cartridge they hired a team of CNC machine engineers to help them build a one of a kind machine that can produce them with the same level of quality whether they are manufacturing one refill or one million refills a day. The catcher has been designed to prevent their refills from leaking liquid into their customer’s mouth before vaporizing.
